The bin takes standard small liner bags from any grocery or pet store — no proprietary refills, no lock-in.Where does the litter mat go — under the box?
At the box's exit, in front of it — every paw crosses the mat on the way out, and the honeycomb cells trap the litter stuck to their toes. (It can sit under the box's front edge, but the trapping happens where they step.) When it fills up, unfold it over the box and pour the litter straight back in.Can I cancel my order?
