Does the bin need special bags?
No. It takes standard small liner bags — including grocery bags. You're never locked into proprietary refills.
What if it arrives damaged?
Photo + email within 30 days and we replace or refund, your pick. We don't make you return damaged items.
Where does the litter mat go — under the box?
At the box’s exit — every paw crosses it on the way out, and the honeycomb cells trap the litter stuck to their toes. When it fills, unfold it over the box and pour the litter straight back in. No sweeping.
